The Comfort Zone can eventually become uncomfortable as we stay stuck in patterns of self-sabotaging behaviours and self-limiting beliefs. Fear of change and failure keep us stuck in the Comfort Zone, instead of making changes and moving forward in life.

  • How to get out of your Comfort Zone and stop worrying about failing, looking silly, and what others will think

  • Understand and eliminate self-limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours

  • Understand why we think and act in these ways and learn how to safely stretch your Comfort Zone without fear

  • How to reframe your mindset to re-empower yourself

  • Create micro habits and habit stacking to achieve lasting habit changes - out with the old and in with the new, bit by bit

  • Create impactful and lasting change in how employees view and value themselves at work and in their personal life
