MINDFUL IN MINUTES

Simple effective techniques for mindfulness and stress management

Mindful in Minutes teaches participants simple yet highly effective mindfulness techniques that can easily be a part of every work day - before, after and even during meetings; as well as at home practices to enable employees to start and end their days with powerful wellbeing practices.

Participants will learn:

  • Introductory meditation techniques to calm and clear the mind. Set the day up well with a morning meditation, a quick 5 minute meditation during a lunch break or anytime

  • Simple mindfulness activities that can be done in 30 seconds to 2 minutes, so simple and discreet they can even be done during a meeting to reduce stress and anxiety

  • Breathing techniques to stimulate the Vagus nerve, slow the heart rate and relax muscle tension. The benefits of just 1 minute of intentional deep breathing are immediate and impactful

  • Gratitude Journaling reminds participants of all that they do have to be grateful for, which can be overlooked under stress and overwhelm. When we practice simple gratitude intentionally each day, it turns what we have into enough and happiness follows

  • Mindset Flips creates awareness of the participants mindset to identify the negative things they aren't even aware that they say and offers alternative phrases and responses instead.
